"So... the stronger my will, the more powerful I can be?" she asked in a small voice, as if terribly concerned. "If that is true for everyone, what if someone bad showed up here?"
Seriously, if it was a battle of willpower, Ikuto was going to be a pavement patty next time she saw him....
"Change and..." have a light delicate flush over her face. "Is this really the time for the puberty talk?" she asked, sounding slightly scandalized. Time to find out if he could blush.
Oh point her at a kitchen, she'll happily make the tea. And by tea she means tea like high tea. With snacks as is proper. Cookies, cakes, small sandwiches.
A foreign concept to the Fairy Boy. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were as far as his education towards mealtimes had progressed. (And really, people were lucky he was able to use flatware at all. If left to his own devices, he'd merely use his hands a knife and forget about the rest.)
"Alright," she said with a warm smile. Hopefully the kitchen was well stocked. She was thinking a honeybush vanilla tea for him with almond and vanilla sugar cookies and honey bars.
Link opened the door and led the way to the kitchen. Thanks to the Task Force, it was fairly well stocked. (There were some funny stains on the ceiling from Link and Shadow's contest to see what they could get to stick on the ceiling for the longest, using honey and toasted marshmallows....)
She looked around and visibly did her best not to wince at the mess on the ceiling. But she did pull out eggs and milk from the fridge before filling the kettle and setting it on the stove. "This should not take too long to prepare," she said happily to him.
Temari floated around the room, then pointed out an apron to her, which Nadeshiko carefully put on over her dress. She considered, then lifted her hair with her back to Link, and glanced over her shoulder. "Could you tie the back for me?" she asked with a smile.
Link noticed her glance to the ceiling and grinned. "That's where Shadow and I had a contest to see who could make the most stuff stick without using Bending."
He gave a small shrug and tied the apron. "If you double it around, it's easier to just do it from the front." Always helpful, Link.
Her quest to make him blush might be a difficult one. The easiest way was to give him a genuine compliment for something large scale.
Yes, but compliments weren't for trolling. Generally. Well, she'll see. "But then the bow gets in the way of leaning against the counters to reach things," she said, reasonably, letting her hair drop a bit sooner than she ought to have. She was confidant in her shampoo, thanks.
She then went and washed her hands, so that she could begin baking for him.

Link shrugged slightly. "I doubt I'm ever gonna Ascend, so, there some parts of that I'm not so clear on."

Link figured he could take them to the Southern Welcome House, since it was relatively quiet. He could probably even manage to make tea.

"Of course," she said with a warm smile.

She would find what made him blush... eventually.
