Clef can tell and is grinning back at him. "I wouldn't have to be obsessed if you weren't."

"Hey, I'm not obsessed with anything. Except, maybe naps."

"And getting out of your studies?"

[younghero]

"That is not an obsession. It's a side-effect. From allergies."

[guru_clef]

"You are not allergic to work, nor to spelling or grammar. Or ink. Or pages."

"I'm allergic to being bored. I almost died during the school-storm. Which---reminds me, I need to find the stuff to make gunpowder. That stuff was cool."

"An intense emotional aversion is not equivalent to an allergy. Boredom will not actually kill you, as much as you seem to wish it would."

Link scrunched his nose with a laugh. "I can think of worse ways to go."

He chuckled and came back to ruffle his hair. "As could I. Now you call them, I'l go outside and set up."

"Okay, I'll go find them."

In person was always better. He honestly relished every minute he had with both of them. Which, Link supposed spoke volumes for just how lonely he was back home.

And off he went to set up.
